I had to get my sitka clothes cut off in an ambulance ri probably gonna toss them but figured id see if anyones got a grandma whos the worlds best sower. Sitka sent me new ones.

Sitka apex hoody in sub alpine medium
Sitka mountain pants sub alpine size 32r.

both are in great shape minus the fresh cuts all over. Provably will toss them in a week or two otherwise.

Was nice of Sitka to do that for you! The EMTs must not have known how much hunting gear costs!

The apoligized before doing it, they had to cause i broke some vertibraes, so had to play it safe. They saved my belt though but then it got lost somewhere along the line

Fell out of a ladder stand. I was paying more attention to a deer then what i was doing climbing down. The stands like 6 years old, my dad put a 1” mat on the night before though so i climbed down like i normaly do but instead of grabbing the plat form I grabbed the mat thats not attached by anything. And had my bow in the other hand so i went falling backwards. Broke my t7 vertabrae pretty good and fractured a few others. I got pretty lucky. Lots of red flags, i should of known better but i lucked out, now i gotta hunt the white tail rut with a crossgun for the rest of the season probably. But im up and moveing decent, just cant bend, twist or pick heavy stuff up

Just trying to get him set up with something to shoot over winter and then I’ll build him some hunting arrows over summer.

Was bummed when he told me hasn’t been shooting because he was out of arrows!!!
