It not only covers sport hunting, but raising (breeding) animals for food. Cows, pigs, chickens, etc, etc.....
IF the law passes, you won't even be able to kill rats, mice and other vermin!

Even in this insane world I just feel there is zero chance of this passing. Big AG/cattle industry, hunt/fish orgs, Tribal orgs are going to step in and campaign heavily against this if it actually reaches the ballot where it will be defeated. Even by crazy pink haired trans standards this is an unreasonable utopian idea.

The fun part about this is ok you ban hunting and fishing, who is going to enforce poaching? The ODFW will be closed down without funding.

The only silver lining is just maybe this measure will help the turn out of sane voters and give us a shot at our first non-Democrat governor in almost 40 years. Be nice to finally have some balance between the house, senate and governor political party wise.

I can get on his level in regards to animal cruelty in for form of testing human products and certain Big AG enterprises. But lumping hunting, fishing, and ranching in with those businesses is just not right.
