I was rummaging around in the Rubbermaid container my parents conveyed my childhood junk to me in, and found a pretty cool old MSR stove.

Doing some research, it appears to be a Model G, vintage ~1978. My Dad used to be a mountain climber. Pretty cool find. I’m tempted to fire it up and truck it around a little.

You guys got any old stuff laying around?

All my stuff is old, but then so am I.

Cool find...My dad had nothing to do with me, but if he did and I found the stove he used in the mountains. I believe it would give me a pretty cool feeling to have a hot cup of coffee from his stove. I like to carry stuff that has a story.
