I did this today for the first time. On a treadmill, at a 3mph walk, carrying a 12kg, bumping the grade up 1% every tenth. Overall, a good impression.
I believe it is training, not just testing, and I want to eventually work up to a 24kg and run the last tenth on a 10% grade.
I don’t believe it’s a rucking replacement, but I believe it will have value as a once a week rucking augmentation on a day when rucking isn’t an option. At least for the time being. I’ll see how it goes over time.
