Hey everyone,
Just wanted to start out by saying I’m not hating on The Hunting Public. I generally like those guys even if I don’t consume their content all that often. I recently watched their broadhead rotation rest on a dead pig. Last year they did similar testing. I’ve been hunting for 20 years this year and I’m not sure if it’s me but I think using a dead animal for testing is a pretty bad look. I could hardly even watch the video and I’ve killed a lot of animals. I’ve seen other YouTubers in the past use bones and gel to simulate the testing which is far more respectful in my opinion. I like the idea of testing broadheads on the actual animals but why do you have to post it on YouTube. Do the testing and make a video about your findings and if people wanna see the “cadaver “ video it could be posted to your website. I just think this gives a bad look to the non hunting public if they were to come across this video.
With saying all that let me know if I’m an idiot or getting sensitive or hitting the mark. I really am just curious if this is something we should be self policing to try and stop hurting the hunting image.
