2004 CO wilderness bull. My first solo archery elk hunt, 5 miles from the truck and over 11,000ft. It was a long day! Called him in to 10yds and he made it less than 50 yards after the shot.

JASON -- YOU ARE A BEAST!!! And LES -- HERO :) Awesome photos and way to get the family into it. I have been trying to get my younger brother and father out here for 3 years to archery hunt elk with me...crossing my fingers this is the year.

My best bull to date, and my first year with a recurve. Everyone said I was CRAZY to switch from a compound to a recurve and maybe I thought they were right.......and they still might be. I was extremely fortunate to harvest this bull.

Was calling for myself on this trip, had a big herd bull coming in on a line, until this little guy should up from know where. I have a hard time passing up bulls with my bow >>----->
