I have a Havalon Titan Pro in my field dressing kit, with heavy fixed blade on one side and replaceable scalpel blade on the other - really happy with it,
and keep an Argali Serac in my bino chest pack (along with fire starter, extra flashlight, etc), that is always with me,
and a Swiss Army multi-tool knife in my pocket.
