The Argali Clothing Project

I have to say kudos on the Guide air fleece! Ive worn it now everyday since I got it on Thursday after letting it air out. It is definitely one of my favorite mid layers now. Preorder came with an EXO coupon as well. Not sure if that was standard for everyone but thanks Brad!

Anyone got some real world pictures of the guide air fleece Shadow and Mud colors next to each other. They seem really similar on the website, one being browner and the other greener, but still very much a similar dark shade.
I'll get a photo of all of them together. The Shadow is a darker color. More of a grey/green hue.

I just purchased a pair of Torex pants color Tussock. Unfortunately I will have to send them back for exchange there to big, wish I knew they run big not true to size. Now I’m out of $36 for shipping not a happy camper.
isnt that typically a gamble one takes when ordering clothes online? Just beacause a few people say they were "true to size" to them doesnt always mean they are "true to size" for everyone. People come in many different shapes. You could have a bunch of people built like string beans say they run big, then you order down a size and be bent outta shape and say "ugh, i wish people said they didnt run big, now i have to return them and be out 5 chai lattes".

Maybe I should clarify my point. I spent a $179 for pants and $12 for shipping. Pants supposedly my size 34 and they aren’t a true 34 waist at all “I’ve owned several pairs of pants in my lifetime” I have to pay another $12 send them back and another $12 to ship the correct size or just be out $24 with no pants, I spend $179 on a pair of pants shipping should be free at least the return shipping if their not as described.

Hey there, send our CS team and email and we can try to help you out. We do have a size guide on our site, and the sizing should be true to size and accurate, but we pride ourselves on best in class customer service and we do everything we can to take care of people. If there is something wrong with the sizing you will not have to pay for shipping. Our CS email is [email protected].

One more note now that I read your issue, we cover shipping costs both ways for exchanges, so you won't pay any extra money to exchange sizes. You'll only have to pay shipping costs to send it back to us if you want a refund.

Good grief. Seems like you could’ve figured that out yourself (one300wsm) with a quick email. People are so quick to air their grievances over something so stupid
Stupid is as stupid does!!! I did supercubtrapper and was given wrong info. No problem got it resolved and in the process have more respect for Argali.

You were buying almost $200 pants and complaining about a potential $24 shipping issue. As I said….its was a stupid grievance.

Probably just mind your own business!!! You don’t know what you’re talking about. The pants were $179 and I paid $12 to ship them the first time, they didn’t fit so I was told to ship back another $12 and the exchange pair was going to cost another $12 so $36 shipping. $36 might not mean much to rich people but it does to me, that’s a box of bullets. I get to do what I do by not being stupid with my money and $36 looked pretty stupid to me for a pair of pants. All and all it was a misunderstanding's that got resolved without needing your abysmal response.

@Alpine4x4 Here is a photo of Shadow and Mud next to each other in my well lit basement. I accidentally bought Shadow when I meant to buy Mud. In my personal opinion the shadow is more of a brown and the Mud is more of a green. Obviously depends on lightening conditions and even my wife and I had differing opinions on the classification of the colors.

Also bravo @Brad@Argali I am impressed with my initial impressions of the guide air. We have a cold snap here in Colorado and just walked around in 40 degree temperature with a Sitka core lightweight crew underneath. You have essentially created a more breathable version than the forever popular Patagonia r1. Not to mention hunting specific colors and company. Initial impressions are that this piece will be durable AND breathable which has been a real missing part of the active insulations previously offered in the hunting market. Excited to run the guide air this fall!
