Have a gen 2 duplex and bought a new cargo panel and guide lid. Have had it awhile and have scratched my head over it trying to figur it out. Looked at their website and the video on it. Still a head scratcher. Finally got around to calling customer service. The guy who answered the phone say's sure I can help you. I liked the fact that the guy who answered is going to help me. Once we got through some verbage difficulties on pieces and parts he got me headed in the right direction. Got stuck again and called a second time. Got patched through to the same guy. Yep he was still very helpful.
Not sure I have it completely figured out but made a big leap forward thanks to Kifaru customer service.

It's always a pleasant experience when I call the shop. Everybody there seems to genuinely care about helping before selling. I'm a customer for life not only because of the superior product but because of their over the top customer service.

I've had great experiences with them also, very helpful and not at all pushy. I'd love to be able to visit the business one day and see all their products in person. Would probably end up being a costly visit though!

Kifaru CS has been the best. I've been a genuine pain in the butt changing orders and trying to get everything figured out. They've never been anything but super helpful and kind and fast.

Yes, Kifaru Customer Service is great and after many years and many pieces know the folks by name. Oh and it's mostly been front end stuff, their stuff is tougher than me so rarely any warranty or repair calls.

Just had a great first experience with them. Bought a pack frame used from the classifieds here. It was missing the sternum strap. Sent an email to customer service asking if I could buy one and how much it would cost. Get an email back:

"Thank you for contacting Kifaru with your question, I’ll be happy to help. We will be happy to send you a replacement sternum strap for your frame. Send me your address as well as the color of sternum strap you will need. "

Awesome service.
