1- Sierra Designs High Side 1- https://sierradesigns.com/high-side-1/
This is the lightest double walled tent I could find that used it's own poles. It is TINY. It's basically a double walled bivy. It does have a surprisingly big vestibule though for it's size. It was big enough to store both my pack and boots. I bought it new this spring, and think I spent 7 nights in it. 3-4 of those nights it rained hard, and I stayed dry inside. $175 shipped.
2- Big Agnes Wyoming Trail 2- https://www.rei.com/product/830973/big-agnes-wyoming-trail-2-camp-tent
This tent is discontinued now, but a pretty unique and useful design. It's not a backpacking tent, probably close to ten pounds with the ground cloth which is included. It's Big Agnes, so it's bombproof. I used it for a drop caribou hunt, which it was pretty perfect for. It was nice having a small sleeping area, and the gigantic vestibule to cook and stay out of the weather in. I've probably slept in it 20-30 days over the years car camping, but it's still in good shape. $175 shipped.
3- Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight- https://sierradesigns.com/clip-flashlight-2/
This tent is ancient, and VERY used. I bought it used 10+ years ago and I've used the hell out of it. Lord knows how many nights it's been slept in. I haven't used it in a while, but it's a pretty stout 2 person backpacking tent, that still has life left in it. They've been making this tent for 20+ years, so it must be a pretty good design. $50 shipped.
I haven't posted much here but have been a member of Hunt Talk for years and am pretty easy to find/get ahold of.
