Just recently purchased the Cabela's Lodge tent for this same purpose. Truck camping off a dead end road up a Mountain this fall.

Got the 12' x 12', says its an 8 person, HAHAHA Yeah Right! Planning to put 3 in it on cots this June on a 3 night scouting trip with my two boys. But come Fall I figure it's ideal for 2 hunters for a week+ trip.

I haven't put it in the woods yet, but had really solid reviews compared to it's price point. It's set up in my shop, just put on some seam sealer yesterday, then going to store it.

Single pole, lots of interior space. Very easy setup, even with just one person. No stove jack, planning to use 20lb propane bottle to fuel a buddy heater, single stove, etc.
