SHe already has some experience with the AR, hopefully all positive. I would work on building a position in prone with front and rear bag and trigger control.
The 6 creed might work at 11, particularly if it fits her well. It will also depend on her personality.
I think some of it is just give them trigger time and work on only one or two things at once, don't overload the cognitive bandwidth.
My 55 pound 8 year old really likes shooting the Tikka 223, and will put 40 or more shots through it when we go to the range.
I put up a micro IPSC at 100 yards for her.
The 223 is suppressed and still pushes her whole body back a touch. The first centerfire she shot was my 243 at 6 years old as she asked to. She did fine with it, but I only let her take two shots.
Started her on an open sight Rascal.
