Please reach around behind you and pat yourself on the back. That was a fix! I worked the locking bolts slowly with a draw file and as soon as I had clearance, polished them up. It cocks every time. I have a heavier spring on the way from Ballm along with a new pivot pin. As soon as they arrive I will install them and button this puppy up for next season. Thanks for all your help and thanks also to all you who replied with suggestions.
