I’d check with local Game and Fish for the area. They probably have a good idea if you don’t get many responses here. Gillette is a beautiful area, good luck!

Are you from Gillette? I would bring it to Western Creations in Casper. He does amazing work and won some awards for his antelope. He's very active on facebook to check out his work. They do ship as well if needed.
