Kifaru Paratarp. It can be pitched a ways off of the ground too (with cordage added to tie out points) but I only do that when it's pretty warm. Somewhere around 100 nights under this one and it still looks new, their material is a cut above. I've used it from 95° days on early archery hunts, at 9k feet in November, and in December and January on backpack lion hunts. Definitely my go to for anything 3 days or less.

The Seek Outside DST tarp is great. It can be pitched in a number of ways. It is heading into The Black Canyon of the Gunnison for three days of fishing in a few hours.

How do you like this tarp? I have the Kifaru sheep tarp and thinking about making the switch to the Cuben fiber one and save myself 3oz

It's pretty awesome. I've had it in some hellacious winds and it hasn't even budged
I've got some pretty burly lines on it, I could save weight by going to thinner lines I'm sure. It's big enough for two people easy, their solo tarp is under 10oz.i know AKTroutbum runs their solo, and his whole sleep system is like 38oz with tarp, bathtub floor, pad, pillow, and quilt.

Silnylon in any form sags when wet though, dcf is set it and forget it. Lower melting point though, but it definitely has its advantages

Here’s that solo Patrol tarp that sneaky described. It’s pretty darn light wt. and small enough to fit in just about any pocket. Entire sleep system (30° quilt, tarp/lines/stakes, bathtub ground cloth, pad,and stuff sack pillow), weighs less then 40 oz. and makes into a nice compact bundle.
