Talley Rings/Mount Questioner

Good Evening,
What height Talley Ring/Mount do you recommend for a Swarovski Optik Z3 3X-10X 42mm Scope on a Tikka T3X Lite 6.5 Creedmoor?
From all the threads I’ve found most seem to believe with the 42mm the low should work but about to place my order and am second guessing myself.

I used medium talleys on a 50mm Leupold with some room to spare so low should work fine for you

Should get a quick answer from them if you call their customer service number. My guess is low though. I ran a Nikon with a 42mm Bell with lows
