I've got the elk set and been happy with them. I shot a bigger bull this year and didn't have enough room in the bags for all the meat. I picked it pretty clean, taking all the usable meat I could get off. Had a fair amount of blood shot stuff on one front that I couldn't take and still didn't have enough room in my bags. Anyone else found this? I'm going to get another one of the larger bags to put with the set.

I didn't like the Bomb bags, too small an opening while working solo. And their size would be a detriment with a bigger bull. I started using 20"x30" bags and even four of those weren't enough a couple years ago, I ended up using 6 of them on a bull.

6 bags that size would be enough for 325+ pounds of deboned meat.....

Are you guys filling them full to the top or just part way?I havent seen a lot of elk that would yield that much.

I got 268lbs off that bull, but I like to tie the top in a knot and then tie the paracord to hang them under the knot.
