Tactical / Precision Rifles w/WOOD

I was blessed with an opportunity to carve a stock for this Anschutz 1727.

Put on my mad scientist hat and Frankensteined this together. Truly one of a kind...

Lighting is terrible, but it has a deep green tone with hints of gray and natural maple.

You're using a master carver duplicator, right? What's the max length of stock you can do? I was thinking of getting one of these for long rifle stocks... Up to 42" barrel . It would primarily be for barrel channel inletting, so no longer than 42" travel needed I don't think

Yes, its a Master Carver. It will carve about 36 inches.

If you run t-tracks and mount both fixtures on plywood you could slide the entire template and blank under the carver and get plenty of travel.

Like this, but run the t-track the full length of the table and have both fixtures adjustable.
