Tacoma Replacement Grill

Just had my truck slightly backed into, damaged my grill and part of the body.

Plan to just have the guy pay for a replacement grill, only question is will any aftermarket grill fit or does it interfere with the cruise control sensors? No clue where the sensors are.

Truck is a 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport.

Also note the damage just below the grill, it appears fairly minor. Something you could epoxy and paint or is a legit body shop needed?

I believe there is a sensor integrated into the Toyota emblem on the grill. The other forward looking sensor is on the windshield by the rear view mirror. Should be some wiring plugged into the back of the grill emblem. If you got any of the SR, SR5, Sport or Off-road grills you can just swap them out. If you get the Pro grill I believe you need to buy a different sensor that integrates into the grill. Tacoma World forum should have some info on it.

It's a Toyota, rub some dirt on it and spend the cash on hunting stuff or shooting stuff or stuff besides a grill

There was a guy on Tacoma World, Homer Taco IIRC, made these badass grills

Get your truck looked at to make sure sensors are fine, then you can do the grill.

Id want a true toyota part. If it is your buddy, maybe a trip to auto salvage?
