T3 Dauntless Bipod

Hey guys Just recently came across the T3 dauntless Bipod but cant find mutch on it. Has anyone had any experiences with this bipod? I plan on using this on my dedicated elk rifle here out west. I want something a little more rigid and this seems promising and im not concerned about weight. I like the height feature for seated shots and it seems to get low enough for prone shots. I love that its not on a BS ball head like the Tricer RP and also doesnt have the crappy panning feature that everyone hates. i prefer the twist lock legs more than the complicated locking system on the Hatch bipod. My only gripe is it doesnt have a 45° forward leg position but i could live without it knowing it has a nice splay feature.

I had a chance to get my hands on the new Dauntless bipod. I believe they’re shipping now but I’m not totally sure.

This bipod seems to be directed towards NRL Hunter style use. It’s probably a bit on the heavy side for backpack hunts but it’s probably going to replace my Gunwerks elevate for NRL Hunter matches.

It has 32” of available elevation with twist lock leg extensions. Everything can be operated and adjusted with one hand. There are very solid tactile and audible (but not loud) clicks when changing settings. Lockup is very positive.

There is easily adjustable tilt but no pan...

Really Like the one I have. I swapped out the clamp to a AD-170-S-STD & am waiting on some tricer spike feet. That’ll get it to a perfect weight & maintain performance.
