Will the ammo wallets be back in stock before the Black Friday sale is done? Look like they would be great for some X-mas presents. Thanks.

I have around 100-125 that will be ready to go Wednesday. I will be updating inventory tmrw if you want to sign up for in stock notifications. They tend to sell out pretty fast.

I just checked out the site and watched the YouTube video for the gaiters. They definitely look tough. My family has gone through numerous pairs of Kuiu Yukons. Every time the buckle hardware bends, I usually get them replaced by their warranty. But the Yukon material simply wears out, gets threadbare, tears and simply looses all water repellency during the second year of use. Both my boys are using Peax gaiters now.

Specific to the buckle system on the T&Ks… the hardware does look like it sticks out a bit further (not flush along your ankle). How does this wear over time? Does it have a tendency to catch on downfall more? We do a lot of hiking in previous burns from 2000 to present. So we go through tons of lodgepole downfall and rocky, river canyon country. That downfall is usually the demise of the other gaiter brands from tearing the material, bending hardware, etc.

Do you find them noisier while walking due to the cordura and the beefier construction?

Appreciate any firsthand feedback.

I have walked through deadfall for years in both South Dakota and Colorado with our gaiters and have had no issues with them getting hung up. It's a non issue for 99% of people. We use a softer Corder, so it's not plasticy like some overseas counterparts. Noise is not really a big issue for most of the guys that wear them. They break in well, stay up on your legs, and maintain water resistance for years with standard DWR sprays.

Perfect. My oldest spends over 300 days a year in varying mountainous terrain for work, hunting, trapping, horn hunting, mountaineering, etc. I may have to grab a pair of these for his birthday and see what he thinks. Your gaiters look and sound solid.
Thanks for the reply. Have a good Christmas Eve.
