Yeah and 40 minutes from Cape fair also building points for Wyoming

I lived in Springfield for most of my life! I moved to NW Nebraska a little over a year ago. Have you thought about looking into Nebraska for Mule Deer? A lot of times Nebraska takes the backseat when "Mule Deer" is brought up but since the tags are all over the counter, there's possibilities. Dont get me wrong, Wyoming is great for mule deer! We've hunted it a bit since we aren't but a few hours away now but I actually just killed my first mule deer with my bow this passed November here in Nebraska on a spot and stalk hunt. I will say the 160+ mule deer will be tougher to come by in Nebraska unless you find a honey hole but if you're just wanting to try some a new area and see some cool deer activity, Nebraska could be your answer. Plus, the Nebraska statewide buck tag is good for either species: mule deer or whitetail, just in case one presents itself more than the other.

Few antelope hunts in Wyoming. Going to Colorado for elk this fall so working on it

Grew up 50 miles west of Springfield. Been in Springfield for the last 8 years or so
