SWFA SS SHIPMENT

I got notification today for the latest round of backordered 3-9 HD’s.
When did you order yours? I backordered one yesterday and received a pending charge on my card today. Customer Service told me they had no ETA on a shipment of these scopes prior to me placing the backorder.

It was right at the end when the last shipment ran out. Was that end of Dec./Jan.? I don’t remember exactly. I had a nice exchange with Wendy over email yesterday making sure I still wanted it.
 
I just sent an email a few days ago and they said they weren't sure when the next ETA was for 3-9s. I ordered Jan 3. Status says processing on the website though, but I'm not sure what it said before hand.

I just checked. Mine was also ordered on 1-03. Shipping notification email today with tracking. I bet you’re number is coming up.

I was watching for Fixed 6x, they were in stock for 2 ish days. Must have got a shipment and quickly sold out again.
 
I placed an order for a 3x9 on Feb 10.
I just called their sales dept and was told that they do not have an ETA on the next shipment.
They did tell me that my patience was appreciated though😁
 
I ordered one Feb 20th or so and since then my credit card # had changed. Based on the other thread I’m expecting them to tell me to pound sand. If they do they’ll lose me for life, so hope not.

Why not just call them and update your card number? How is that their fault?

I’ll do that, hadn’t thought to attempt it. But I’m talking about the other thread where they wouldn’t let a guy do that for a backordered scope. Maybe if their product timeline was more reliable then credit cards expiring during long waits wouldn’t be an issue? Maybe if they hadn’t sold some of the last batch of 3-9’s at full price on eBay and fulfilled back orders instead I wouldn’t be bitching about it?
 
Also pretty well understood that SOP in the past has been they’d call you to update card info when it was time. Now they are not doing that.
