It’s actually a pretty smart idea on their part. See, if you miss, you can just poke the animals eye out with one of the turrets.

those things are ridiculous. Just why? I cannot comprehend why they didn’t just zero stop the 3-9 and cap the windage. Basically zero R&D, and then focus on getting orders fulfilled…

I was ready to buy a 6x or 3-9 today if it was an option. Based solely on what I see on rokslide, I’d have thought those were among their best sellers and would have been a part of the first gen 2’s released. Guess I was wrong.

Maybe it’s just taking awhile longer on the HD scopes and maybe they’re bumping the 6x to the HD line. I hope those two scopes will be available at some point.

I bought a 10x last year due to no availability of the 6x. Can't say I have any regrets at all.

I strongly prefer the 10x. I can't see the 6x reticle as clearly, and on a light recoiling setup the FOV doesn't make a difference

In the manual the actual windage turret is “normal” sized ie short. I think someone could 3D print a short threaded cap or the existing cap could be cut and re-threaded.

Yes. I've never looked through a 6x but I'll tell you, I killed at 209 yards this year with 10x and didn't feel I had too much magnification at all.

I wanted to do a 6x on my Tikka 300wsm, but I might have to do a 10x if these guys don't get their shit together.
