Excellent shape Mil Dot reticle.
MRAD Turrets
Does not say HD but it has the HD turrets and compared to an HD is exactly the same.
Has 2 small dings in the paint, maybe very light ring marks.
Glass is perfect.
Looking for an SHV 3-10 with the IHR
