I haven’t tried that Maven but the SWFA was so bad I returned it.

Thanks. I'm seeing more negative reviews about the SWFA, which is making me lean more towards the Maven.

I’ve shot a bunch with and killed a bunch of game with the SWFA with the BDC reticle… it’s a good egg if you’re not asking it to be a 1500 dollar scope. It’s a 9oz aiming device and if you don’t keep that in mind of course you’d be disappointed…Mine have been solid and reliable.

I have a couple of the swfa with the bdc. It's ok for the money and size. Not a fan of their bdc reticle, but I do shoot it out to 700+ yards and it works. Switching to a 3-9 trijicon next.
