WTS Swarovski STX with 115mm and 1.7X ME

Brand new Swarovski STX eyepiece, 115mm objective and the 1.7X ME up for sale. Would like to sell as a package for $4900 but will split up the glass. I did have the STX posted earlier but it still has not sold. Can send more pics PM or text if you are worried about legitimacy. Live in Flagstaff, AZ and commute to Phoenix regularly, but will ship if needed. Reason for sale is I prefer the Atx and the 95. $4900 OBO

Curious why you aren’t keeping the 1.7x ME if you’re sticking with the ATX?

I just got an ATX95 and haven’t considered a ME but thought it would be interesting.

Personally I think the image gets distorted and dark when maxed out with the ME and 95. I’ve talked to a lot of people who love it, I’m not a fan. It does look better with the 115 and how much light it gathers. It picks up a lot of heat waves

Good to know. Not sure when I’d need 120x magnification but might be interesting to give it a go. I’m sure it’s way better on a 115.

Curious on why you’re keeping the 95 over the 115?

Just size and weight. I do pack my 95 around and that thing is big enough for me. The 115 is not something I’m interested in packing. I haven’t really spent any time behind it and I’m sure the quality is slightly better then the 95 but I can’t justify the size and extra weight. I’ve never been behind the 95 and thought I needed more
