Swarovski Stay-On case with multiplier?

Does anyone have a solution for a stay on case for the Swarovski ATX system if the multiplier is installed? Looks like the objective and eyepieces have separate cases and you'd be left with a gap where the multiplier adds an inch or two in between. Unfortunately, this gap would be right at the critical objective/multiplier/eyepiece interfaces.
