Mint like new condition. Purchased this year in July, I'm the original owner. Light use birding, never took hunting. I know of only 1 store that still has one or two SLC 8x42 new for sale selling for $1799 plus tax and shipping.

Mine is a great sample without the sticking focuser like some SLCs have.

New Price $1400

I can only find 1 other "like new" used SLC 8x42 for sale. It's on ebay for $1799 plus $25 shipping. It's a 2018 production year, so 2 years older than this one. Also, assume it isn't still in brand new condition like this one.

There is one store I know of that still has 1 or 2 brand new SLC 8x42 (at least as of a few weeks ago). Also priced at $1799 plus tax / shipping. So, there are practically no new SLCs left other than these and the one I'm selling like new.

Of note, as some here may know, some SLCs have problems with sticky focuser and tighter resistance turning in one direction over the other. The one I'm selling is a great sample. The focuser doesn't have any sticky sensation and its resistance turning in both directions is extreamly close to equal. Under normal use I don't notice any difference turning clockwise or counter clockwise. Only if I'm really trying to feel for it, I barely notice it sometimes.

Those are all reasons why I originally listed it for $1800, to be on par with the current price of what was available.

Dropping price to $1400. I'll pay for shipping and $1500 worth of insurance. Venmo or Paypal F&F. If Paypal G&S hoping we can split the fee.
