Swarovski repair and cleaning?

Does anybody know the process of sending something to swarovski for repair and cleaning? How long does it take? Any experiences good or bad! Thank you.

I registered all my optics. It is seamless just call and get a number. Most stay in the us but a few optics need to be sent to Austria.

I just sent a spotter in for a checkup/cleaning, was told 4 weeks or so.

Excellent customer service on all my registered optics,4-6 weeks ,great job, no complaints. they cleaned my spotter for free and replaced a chipped lens on my 10's for a hundred and cleaned them up up great. A+

I've used their service department off and on for the past 25 years (each time it was needed it was my fault!!!!!!!) and if anything, they have gotten better over the years. Quick turnaround time.

Just call them and get a return number and you'll be fixed right up.

You can do it online too. That gives you online updates on the process. 6-8 weeks depending on how busy they are

Their Customer Service is among the best. Don't wait too long to send it in. The closer you get to hunting season, the more backed up they get.
