I just got this back from Swarovski after having the ocular lenses replaced, and they also have replaced pretty much the whole outer body, including a new armor, focus mechanism, and they are now just like a pair of new binoculars. They also included a spared pair of the ocular and objective covers.

Your product will be equipped with a new armoring when it is repaired. This new material is no longer susceptible to degradation but reacts to DEET (insect repellent). This is particularly the case when the material is still wet on the skin or hands. Alternatively, insect repellents based on ICARIDIN can be used.
The first picture is after I got it back. The binocluars are sealed in plastic bag and I don't want to open them, so I just use the photos I took before sending them for service. The armor now should be in new condition. You will receive all the gidgets came with the binoculars when buying them new, in their original green display box as shown.
