There are some nice deals very often in the classidieds.. imo the used el market is the best bang for the buck optic right now.

Brian, what is a good used price for SV EL 10x42?

Just a few years ago they retailed for $2650 new. Nls came along and swaro dropped the price to $1999 new. I've been seeing them in the $1550-1700 range. As always condition Is king on used optics.

I have a mint EL 8.5x42 if you're interested. Before the NL's came out the EL 8.5x42's were the best binos my eyes ever looked through.
