Could you please share the year of production / purchase ...or provide serial number (your finger is covering up a portion of the S/N).

I'm not sure what "clean glass" means. Does clean glass mean "mint" with zero marks and no abuse or improper cleaning. For instance would you expect them to pass a Swarovski inspection without scratches or wear? That's probably not a fair question, forgive me I'm not trying to come across as rude. I'm just particular about the Swaro optics I own. And like you, I have some that for one reason or another have turned into "safe queens" that I don't need or use and I may sell soon. So, I do "get it".

For perspective, I have an old pair (maybe 30 years old..) of 10x42 SLCs that I babied and when I sent them in to Swarovski for an inspection they said the objectives had some "micro scratches" that were invisible to a normal person and would not impact image quality. Everything else was "perfect". They also offered to replace the objective lenses for a very reasonable small fee (I think maybe less than $100) so I had them do that even though it wasn't a rationale decision. I love Swarovski!

Hey no problem happy to answer questions I get it. It’s a lot of money for a pair of binoculars. I’m pretty particular about all my swaros as well and have a great relationship with Swarovski Customer Service as I’ve sent money back to have glass repaired or routine maintenance done.

I typically cover up the serial numbers more for security type of reasons. After selling probably over 100 pairs of these, I’ve learned that it’s better not to advertise a serial number on the Internet. But I’m happy to share that with you. They are registered to me with Swarovski and I would transfer the registration upon receiving the funds for the Binoculars.

The glass is 100% clean and scratch free. I got them from somebody who had never used them and I have never brought them outside. They’ve been sitting in the safe for probably two or three years.

I believe they are 2019 or 2020 version but I would have to check when I get home. You’d only need the first few digits of the serial number to ascertain that anyways.

These are the newer version with the close focus. I have had someone ask me that I’m not sure if that makes a difference for you..

I will direct message you the first few digits of the serial number that way you can determine the year of production.

Feel free to ask any more questions happy to answer. I’ve been in this business for quite a while and have fielded most of the questions if not, have asked them myself..

Thanks

According the photo above these are 2019 model. No need for someone to see the whole serial number.
Wish I was in the market, seems like a good deal. GLWS
