Swarovski EL 10x42 worth the cost?

I have the EL range in 10x

Bought them before a big hunt to be sure I had a good pair of Binos, loved that it eliminated carrying a second piece of gear (rangefinder)

I love them and would buy them again. Lot of money sure, but barring any terrible incident, I'll have them for the rest of my life. I love hunting with them and take them on every hunt.

you can search on eBay and filter sold items. where it gets tricky with RF binos is the electronics are eventually going to fail and I would be worried shelling out that much $ on a 13 year old pair of electronics. maybe call swaro and ask what a RF repair costs?

I ended up buying a used 10x42 EL last year and they are amazing. (non LRF model)

Thanks for the reply. I never considered aging technology dying. That would be a expensive to fix I'm sure.

Leica really improved their warranty starting 2023. Id look at the Geovid r (no ballistics) or Geovid 3200.coms or Geovid Pros if you want alpha glass with ballsitics. you can find better deals on them too than swaro.
