Swarovski EL 10x42 Focus Knob

Hey gents, looking for some input. I bought my first set of EL 10x42s on here and they arrived today. They were manufactured in 2014. They are in good shape however I am a bit disappointed with the focus knob. It turns easier to the left than the right; it feels sticky when turning right. The easy left, difficult right, almost makes it feel spring loaded which was unexpected. Turning to the right requires both pointer fingers to turn it “smooth” without jerking. Is this normal? What are your thoughts?
