Swaro warranty

Shout out for Swaro warranty. The lens cover on my Swaro pure snapped
off on one of the lens. I had left it sitting on a shelf with one of the lens covers
half open. Evidently the awkward position caused the rubber clip to break.
Emailed Swaro and after a quick response I had a new cover in about a week.

I just got my binos back. I knew the focus wheel spring was going out. So I made a call for a service order opened up and sent them in after hunting season. Got them back called to see what they all found and they say we took the coating off re-aligned the barrels, repurged, recoated the body new focus wheel and spring, cleaned them and gave you new eye cups. At zero cost.

I had to send my eye piece in once, 3 weeks before a hunt. I explained my situation, they had my piece back in just over 2 weeks. Excellent folks to deal with.

I think I got them back at week 7.
