I’ve used swaro service once and the communication, process and whole experience was excellent. Gonna send in my other pair soon to get checked out and gone through. The first time I did it I wanna say it was right around 8 weeks from sending them out to receiving them back. They communicate throughout the process. A+ company

I've sent in EL Ranges. They come back perfect. Just let them know that their reticle is out colimination. I think that's the term, if not someone correct me please.

Pretty close on the guess. It's collimation. They'll put them on a collimator and check for alignment between the lenses and the laser in the case of the EL ranges. It would check for alignment of the reticle in a scope.

Waste of time if they are like new or good condition. If something looks wrong then yes do it now
