Swaro eye cups

one of the rubbers around the eye cups on my slc’s went missing. Anyone know where I could pick up a new set of just the rubber seals. Should I just call swaro customer service?

Call Swarovski. They will mail you new eye cups. Or you can create a ticket and send your binos in for cleaning also and they will replace the eye cup at that point.
