Sure-loc carbonic Questions

Just Got my Sure-loc Carbonic Saturday. I had to purchase some items they forgot to send. I contacted Feradyne and they will try and get me the missing items as soon as their warehouse is back open. Aside from that it’s seems like a solid sight. My first ever high end sight. Just curious how you keep everything level. I level out everything in my vice, but every time I tighten a screw it just moves slightly off kilter. Any advice setting this sight up?
