It looks like Capital Armory has a Form 4 service for individual to individual transfers. It looks like it also works for dealer to individual. Certainly good to know if anyone wants to sell a muffler as my brick and mortar shop just told me they would want to deal with the paperwork for a person to person transfer.
Looks to cost $100 for party to party. Though if the person being transferred too is not already in the Capital Armory system it is an additional $55.
The other question, is for people like @thinhorn_AK or myself, could this service be used to transfer and mail a can from @Unknown Suppressors as once a form 4 is completed it would just be mailing it to the owner. It would cost about what the brick and mortar shop charges locally, but avoid having to deal with them.
