Suppressor soft jaws

I had this same experience trying to get a keymo adapter off a new sandman x. Ended putting the suppressor and one wrench on the floor and had to stand on the other wrench. With a little bit of bounce it broke loose.

Ah, I was making the assumption you had already shot it and were just changing out the HUB to use on a different rifle.

The cannon plug pliers linked above would be a good thing to try. Lock the spanner in the vise and then use the pliers to rotate the can while applying the counter-force to keep the can locked up on the spanner. You may be able to get the leverage you need by just doing that without the pliers.

Also, which can are you trying to get the HUB off of? The reason that I ask is that all of the Nomad and RDX lines have wrench flats on their HUBs as well as spanner cutouts along the OD. The point being that you could also use a socket of the appropriate size to remove it. Not sure what size it is, but I could measure my Nomad to tell you if wish.
It’s a Nomad TIXC. It does have the wrench flats, my good wrenches are at work so I haven’t tried it yet. I may end up getting the impact out..
