6mm thick carbon welding blanket on the inside, 1000d on the outside. Sewed good sides together on three edges (leaving room for drawstring at adapter end), turned inside out, wrapped around suppressor, laced paracord. Haven't trimmed my paracord yet. Welding blanket and cordura are not sewn together at muzzle end.
Using this method, no cordura, thread (polyester), or paracord touches the suppressor. So hopefully nothing melts. Not tested yet... only needs to take 15 rds or so.
