I have an 18” Aero Precision AR that I built that is not at all a clone correct MK12 but I’m setting it up similar. I don’t care at all about the looks of it or being clone correct. I just want the best and quietest suppressor for my rifle. What would you recommend? I have read folks like the Otter Creek Polonium

It’s really not similar, it’s just the barrel length. And I’m not putting a lpvo on it. It will likely get a 3-15

Gotcha. Was just wondering if you were doing a pri handguard or a monolithic rail on an aero enhanced, etc.

Could always do an otb like the og 65 or they make adapter to run an ocm 5/6 without the collar if you wanted to do the otb look.

The ocm 5 (aem 5) or ide imagine the newer ocm6 sound amazing

I guess you could say this is my attempt at mk12 with 16" barrel.
The can is the B&T SQD9 Print-X RBS. Its a reduced back pressure 9mm can but it sounds great and gas to the face is almost nonexistent.
I picked it up super cheap last summer from battlehawkarmory.com and looks like they're on sale for $499 right now.

The polo and ocm5 with definitely be gassier.

Good Question, Id say $750ish is the ideal price range. But I can stretch that some for a max suppression option, if its worth it.
Gotcha. No personal experience, but from what I understand the Sig Hexium 300 and the CAT JL are the two that are considered top of the line right now. But I think they are both in the $1000-$1100 range.

The Exigent Defense street goblin or fireteam556 are supposed to be really good options too and worth a look.
Are you going to dedicate this suppressor to the gun or move it around?

I just looked those up and they look very good. Ill add those to the list to consider. And it will likely stay on this gun.
