Been having issues with my new 6 arc suppressed.

I can run about 15 maybe 20 shots through it when she's clean then she won't chamber a round. So bad I've ripped a few cartridges apart because the bullet gets stuck in the start of the lands.

Take it home clean it and it's not an issue.

So I'm guessing it's just getting stupid dirty in the chamber and lands.

Thinking about taking advantage of brownells sale on the Superlative piston kit. Don't really want to spend the money but if it keeps the gun running....

Anyone play with these? I saw Adams had one but they seem to no longer be available.

Kind of nervous my handguard won't fit. They give a list of handguards that work but not just a general ID that works. So I'll probably get a Seekins since it's on the list.

What buffer is in the gun currently? If it isn't marked, you can take it out and weight it.

I am not the guy to really answer this, but it's possible the bolt is unlocking super early and allowing a bunch of gas from the bore back into the chamber and receiver. A heavier buffer could help this.

Syrac ordnance became Superlative Arms. I have a few the old syrac pistons and they work great! It'll definitely clean up the chamber some, running suppressed on a gas gun tho.......alwayz gonna have back pressure in the chamber sooting things up.

Hand loads or factory? Have you checked with an oal tool to see if somehow you ended up with a short throat? The bullet sticking sounds like carbon ring or a short throat

Have you tried different ammo? I had a superlative arms adjustable gas block and Geissele super 42 spring and h2 buffer in mine from a previous barrel, and with that setup it wouldn’t run the 108 eldm factory ammo but the 103 eldx was fine. I switched to the JP silent capture spring and it cycles fine now.

It might be worth swapping your buffer setup and seeing if that helps.
