the 30 liter volume includes only the main bag and I would say it’s very (very) conservative- closer to 40 liters vs 30 imho; also plenty of additional volume in the generous sized pockets

white x-pac fabric (VX21), black on the bottom (VX42), 210 HDPE on the side pockets and belt

nice wide shoulder straps

*includes optional padded belt and shoulder water bottle holster

weight with the belt and holster is 19.6 oz, well under a pound if you remove them; there are also numerous bits on the pack that can be removed if not needed
