Anyone got one of these? Did it replace your handheld? Any good reputable reviews out there?

I've got one that I've been wearing for a couple of months. No, it wont replace my handheld but it's handy for navigating to some predetermined point of interest. The navigation part doesn't have a map, it's just a blank background with a black dots that mark the trails that you've either entered previously or the watch has recorded as you traveled.

Do you find the rest of the functions useful as well or did you mainly buy it for the gps function, also does it pair up to a smart phone? If so how is that?
