Stuck Flash Hider Mishap

Long story short, I had a factory A2 on a 223 Wylde barrel that was giving me hell. Tried penetrating oil, heat, boiling water, etc.

Finally resorted to a cutting disc on a dremel and go a bit carried away on my first cut

Need some opinions on whether I would be out of mind to run a can on these threads.

Is the shoulder clean & square?
Is that just debris on the face or is the shoulder face really that rough?

Ya shoulder is clean, I hadn't cleaned off the scorched mix of paint, jb blaster, and loctite
