I really like reading Aron’s progression into the trad archery world. I can relate,as I switched from compound to trad in 1986 because the guy teaching me compound also shot a longbow. Watching him shoot longbow was a completely different level than compound, so I had to learn how to do it. Have not so much as drawn back a compound since that year. Ordered my first custom bow by mail order (pre-internet) from a US Navy ship while in the middle of the Persian Gulf during Desert Storm.
