For example. Iv worked up to 42 grains of h4350/re16 in this barrel multiple times now, allowing cool time between shots to go throw powder and seat bullets. No pressure if fired slowly.
Iv gone as far as to load 40 grains of h4350 with a 140 grain bullet, which is very low for a creedmoor, and still get pressure when fired in a string.
Headspace is fine.
I am getting some increased brass growth at the web of the cartridge, this is mostly flattened out by my die, some dies do better than others in this. Even on 3x fired, brass was exhibiting the same reaction; fine if fired on a cool barrel, pressure and heavy bolt lift if in a string of fire.
Frustrating when you have a 1200$ barrel chamber job and don’t trust the gunsmith that created the barrel or did the smithing work to hang onto your rifle for another half a year.
We can also now knock an action problem off the list, as it’s working just fine with the new barrel on it.
