Stove/Pipe Burn-in Question

When I burn in my new stove/pipe I plan to burn in the pipe top to bottom, then bottom to top. How long does each of those burns need to be to get the pipe "fully" burned in so that it will retain its' memory and be easy to roll? Thanks!

I just set mine up, burned it for 2 loads of load, and it was good to go. I set the pipe in correctly so the dampener was at the bottom to get the best control over the fire for longest burn time in each burn, which was about 30 minutes or so.
